Dr. N. Sarulatha has 12+ years of experience in teaching and corporate sector. Her area of specialization includes Marketing and Systems. Ms. K.Lakshmi has 15+ years of experience in teaching. Her area of specialization includes Finance and Marketing. She is an Examiner in BBA Board Examinations,University of Madras and various autonomous colleges affiliated to the University. She is amember of Board of Studies, BBA Board, University of Madras and D.G. Vaishnav College. She has edited/authored 4 books and participated/contributed in 13 seminars/conferences/workshops held at national/international levels and 3 workshops.She actively engages in the co-ordination and scheduling of Department activities. Dr. PJ has a vast teaching experience spanning a decade and a half. Specializing in the field of Human Resource Management and Production Management. He has successfully completed his research in Cometency Mapping and his research interests pertains Human resource management. Dr. PJ has edited 8 Hand Books across various specializations. He has presented 21 papers in International Conferences, 6 papers in National conferences and 2 papers in State level conferences. He has also been recognized and awarded for 3 papers, has a best teacher award and a best artist award. He has an avid interest in cultural arts and has judged 86 events. As a Proficient Orator, he has delivered 32 Guest Lectures at various colleges. He has completed 8 Projects namely Prayanam, Internpedia, Wheels of Fire, NeNe 1, NeNe2, Carenimals, NeNe3 and Vayalum• Vazhulvum. Having a Masters Degree in Psychology, he has counseled 48 cases pro bono. An eager enthusiast in the field of media and technology, he has worked as a program producer for a leading TV channel as well as performing artists in TV serials. He firmly believes that education can be delivered in an entertaining manner and is always working towards achieving that goal.

Dr. P.S.Ravithej has 20 years of experience in teaching. His area of specialization is Finance. Mr. K.S. Felix Aaron has 5+ years of experience in teaching UG students of Arts & Science colleges. With an academic background of MBA & UGC NET (Management). He has done internship projects with Redington India and Reliance Communications Pvt., Ltd. Proficient in ICT tools, he significantly contributes towards coordinating exams and classes. He manages the Department website and serves as the point of contact for the various events hosted & scheduling the department activities. Dr. S.P.Deepeka has 8+ years of experience in Teaching, Research and Service, with a focus on fostering student achievement and a passion for quality publications in peer reviewed Journals. She is deeply invested in administrative service committee contributions and an achievement-oriented approach to teaching. She is a gold medalist in both her UG and PG degrees and has successfully completed her Ph.D in Business Administration. Her area of specialization includes Entrepreneurship, Small Business Promotion, Business Environment and Strategic Management.
